Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • The service does not work on your device after our support team has attempted to resolve the issue.
  • You are unsatisfied with the overall service quality.
  • There are persistent technical issues that we cannot resolve.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
